This is the 3rd home that we have used Mike and Jean Duggan to help us buy and sell. We would not even consider using anyone else. They respond to my seemingly endless questions promptly and always let me know that it is OK to continue to ask more questions. Mike and Jean are honest about what we can expect in the many aspects of selling and buying a home. They understand and are able to explain the fine print in the paperwork that needs to be signed. Mike and Jean also have a contact for anything we need to take care of for the sale of our home; i.e. someone to help stage the home, someone to help with a tree removal, someone to help with concrete adjustments. We had a pretty specific home in mind and it took us a few years to actually find what we wanted.

Mike was very patient and supportive on our search. He kept us up to date on off market opportunities and never pressured us to look at houses outside of our parameters. Mike has a long history in the area and almost all of his predicted changes in the market along with housing prices and inventory were accurate. At one point in our search I made a mistake in conjunction with developing external factors and Mike went above and beyond to dig me out of the error. I can't say enough good things about the way Mike (and his wife) managed me as a client and strongly recommend him for a personalized and positive experience.

"Excellent experience from start to closing. Very responsive, knowledgeable and calm. Experience matters and it showed in our whole process! He helped us list at the right price and we got over asking. When we had an issue with our A/C on a very hot day and showings were scheduled he got someone to our house ASAP to remedy the situation. Highly recommend!"

"Mike and Jean were easy to work with and helped us get our house listed and sold very quickly, as we had already signed a contract to buy in another state. They sent their team members to our house to help with staging and getting ready for an open house. We were signing the contract to sell less than 6 days later, and for more than we thought our house would sell for. They were also very helpful in dealing with questions and concerns after the sale and were kind and gracious with all parties every step of the way."

"We enjoyed working with Mike Duggan to sell our home. The home was 40+ years old and Mike was able to obtain about $10K more than originally estimated. We had a first offer within a few days. After they backed out, Mike was able to obtain a second offer within 12 hours that was higher than the first. When you are seeking a realtor, be sure to include Mike on your short list.
